1. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Inside Dhaka: Up to 72 hours
  • Outside Dhaka: 4 working days
  • Express Delivery (Dhaka only): 1–2 days

Delivery times may vary based on location and product type.


2. How much is the delivery charge?

  • Inside Dhaka : 70 TK
  • Outside Dhaka: 130 TK
  • Express Delivery (Dhaka): 100 TK

Charges apply to any order size.


3. How do I track my order?

  • After your order is shipped, our delivery partner may contact you.
  • You can also reach out to our customer support for updates.

4. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

  • Yes! Contact our customer support immediately with your new address.

Changes may not be possible if the order is already out for delivery.


5. What is your return & exchange policy?

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
  • Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket,  payments if applicable)

7. Do you offer express delivery outside Dhaka?

  • Currently, express delivery is only available within Dhaka city.
