1. How long will my order take to arrive?
- Inside Dhaka: Up to 72 hours
- Outside Dhaka: 4 working days
- Express Delivery (Dhaka only): 1–2 days
Delivery times may vary based on location and product type.
2. How much is the delivery charge?
- Inside Dhaka : 70 TK
- Outside Dhaka: 130 TK
- Express Delivery (Dhaka): 100 TK
Charges apply to any order size.
3. How do I track my order?
- After your order is shipped, our delivery partner may contact you.
- You can also reach out to our customer support for updates.
4. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
- Yes! Contact our customer support immediately with your new address.
Changes may not be possible if the order is already out for delivery.
5. What is your return & exchange policy?
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
- Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online Payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, payments if applicable)
7. Do you offer express delivery outside Dhaka?
- Currently, express delivery is only available within Dhaka city.
